DIRECTIONS
Sweep or vacuum the floor before cleaning. Use the 32 oz Ready-to-Use formula as directed, or dilute the 1 Gallon Concentrate according to the product label. Clean with a microfiber mop or appropriate floor-cleaning pad.
IMPORTANT: Always follow the directions and precautions printed on the product label. Test in an inconspicuous area before first use.
RETURNS Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a return.
For safety and quality-control reasons, opened or used cleaning products cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases where the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
REFUNDS Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
